VCD Network meeting

Dear VCD teachers,

I would like to warmly invite you to the second VCD network meeting in the Geelong Region.

The first meeting organised by Richard Verhagen at Kardinia International College in March provided participants with lots of useful information in regards to the new study design. We would like to meet again to exchange ideas, thoughts, suggestions in regards to both Unit 2 and 4, and the just completed units.

The meeting is scheduled for Friday, 2 August 2013 at Geelong Grammar School in the Visual Arts Department (Senior Art School Building, Room A01), 4 PM start.

When you'll arrive at GGS I would suggest that you park at the main car park near the Maintenance - turn left from the School Road into the 2nd street on the left. Then proceed on foot towards the Clock Tower via Kennedy Lane. Turn left at the Biddlecombe Avenue (main road), pass the Art School Gates (easily recognisable by 2 bronze figures decorating it), then cross the road. The Senior Art School Building is just there (2 storey, red brick, Art Deco building)

Hope you can make it. Feel free to invite fellow staff in the Vis Com area and from others schools in the region (we don’t have everybody’s email addresses).

Please bring in sample folios so we can share idea
